What we do

Is based on the calling God gave us 36+ years ago. We try to modal everything we do and train on the example of Jesus and the early Apostles.

Training &

Mentoring

Face to face training

We train teams and individuals face to face. We unpack the “Great Commission” and some basic skills that lead to starting Movements of disciples of Jesus.

Online training

If we can’t train face to face then we do online training. Training involves ongoing “coaching” and followup, both online and face to face.

Member care & field visits

Visiting and training as close to where teams and individuals are working is an important part of the followup work. If we are able, we try to visit once or twice a year. Member care is an important part of growth.

School of

Tyrannus

"...(Paul) separated the disciples, reasoning daily in the school of Tyrannus. This continued for two years, so that all those who lived in Asia heard the word of the Lord..."

The idea is based on when Paul was in Ephasus, training disciples daily in an intensive way for two years and the result was all the residents of Asia heard the word of the Lord.

School of Tyrannus

The move to Spain will coincide with pioneering a new training called the School of Tyrannus. The aim is to raise the next generation of long term cross-cultural workers who has the calling and training needed to start Movements of Jesus followers among Unreached peoples of the world.

We are both excited and nervous about starting this new training together. However, we’re also looking forward to sharing the good and challenging experiences of life and ministry with young leaders, through doing life and training in community. We are inspired by how Jesus and Paul made disciples while living together with their closest people.
